Order Status
How do I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order while logged into your account. If you need to log in in to your account, click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Once you are logged in to your account, click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to see your orders and their status and possibly make changes. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
Has my order shipped?
You can check your order status while logged into your account. If you need to log in in to your account, click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Once you are logged in to your account, click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders and/or messages.
When will my order ship?
You can view the status of all the elements of your order while logged into your account. If you need to log in in to your account, click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Once you are logged in to your account, click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view your order information.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
When will my backorder ship/arrive?
We try to make clear which products are available for immediate shipment on a product-by-product basis. Occasionally, items will be backordered when the manufacturer or manufacturer's distributor does not have the product available.
When a product is backordered, we will communicate that fact to you by email and include a message in your account messages. We will keep you informed regarding when the product is expected to be back in stock and, as soon as it is, we will notify you and ship the item to you.
How will my product ship? How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Some products ship by ground delivery at no charge and these products are clearly marked on a per-product basis.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
For large items that don't ship via standard package delivery methods, we utilize the freight divisions of the listed shippers or freight companies. If you order a large item, we will research the best way for your item to ship and provide all shipment/tracking/bill of lading information.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using shipping information that was emailed to you or while logged into your account. If you need to log in in to your account, click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Once you are logged in to your account, click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders and its tracking number.
My order never arrived or an item is missing from my shipment.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.
I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the "Sign Up" link at the top right side of our site to go to the "Create Account" page.
2) Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy and Security Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
1) Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to login to your account.
2) Then edit your account information by clicking either "Addresses" or clicking "Account Settings".
I forgot my password.
Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" Click that link and an email will be sent to you.
International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Our primary geography is the United States of America and APO/FPO/DPO destinations, but we do ship some products outside the USA.
Please create an account as described in the How do I create an account? question. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship any product to your country at this time.
Please note that some of our manufacturer agreements (especially with technology companies like Nuance, Olympus and Philips/SPS) specifically limit our allowed geographic sales area so, for the products of certain manufacturers, we will not be able to ship products outside of the US or outside North America.

Do I have to pay sales tax on your order?
Product Delivery to North Carolina? Items sold by Image Management, LLC and delivered to locations in the state of North Carolina are subject to North Carolina sales tax on the total sales price of the purchase. See "exception to paying North Carolina sales tax" below for exceptions.
Product Delivery outside North Carolina? We do not collect sales tax for any USA state other than the state of North Carolina. Please research/understand the sales and/or use tax policies and your filing/payment requirements for your state. Note that many states stipulate that purchases are not exempt from sales or use tax merely because the purchase is made over the Internet.
Exception to paying North Carolina sales tax:
Federal government purchasers, NC state government purchasers, other documented tax-exempt purchasers, purchasers of certain products for resale, purchasers of certain durable medical equipment with prescriptions, purchasers who self-collect sales tax, etc. will not pay NC sales tax.
Please contact us prior to your first website purchase so we can confirm your tax status and code your Image Management, LLC website account as tax-exempt. (If you have needed documentation related to your special tax status (certificate of self-collection, tax exemption, etc., please send it when you contact us.)
